Permit Place Registered as Class 2 Code and Zoning Representative with NYC Department of Buildings

National permit expediting firm can now file, track and represent client projects directly with DOB across all five boroughs.

The registration allows Permit Place to submit and manage permit applications directly with the DOB and appear before plan examiners on behalf of its clients, anywhere in New York City.

Previously, Permit Place’s New York projects were filed through the architect or engineer of record or a local partner. Clients now work with a single Permit Place team from pre-filing through sign-off, with applications submitted, tracked and resolved directly by the firm.

Registrations are valid for three years.
